The hotel was built in 1650 by the apostolic pronotario Giovanni Battista di Filiberto for his second son. It was renovated in style just recently and now hosts a unique first-class hotel whose guests may experience the athmosphere of the 17th century.
The hotel is located at the centre of Trevi, the capital of olive-oil in Umbria. The most modern fittings together with the charming service and the creative culinary art make the hotel Antica Dimora one of the most exclusive hotels in all of Umbria.

Validity and redemption
The voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
The number of rooms available for this special rate may be limited. Bookings can only be made providing voucher details and have to be confirmed by the hotel in writing.
The offer is not valid during Easter, May, August, September, National holidays and from Dec 19 2011 to Jan 06 2012.
Supplements and transfer of voucher
From June 01 to July 31, a high-season supplement of 20 Euro per room per night is payable directly to the hotel. Additionally, arrivals on Friday or Saturday are subject to a supplement of 29 Euro per night per room in low season and of 39 Euro per room per weekend-night in high season.
The voucher can be transfered but is not reimbursable
Cancellation policy
Modification or cancellation of a confirmed booking are possible free of charge up to 48 hours before arrival, afterwards, the voucher loses one night.

Italy's Green Heart

Trevi - Ancient umbrian settlement
Trevi originally was an umbrian settlement before being made a roman municipality.
In the beginning, the town was founded in the plains, approximately where Pietrarossa is today, on a crossroad with the Via Flaminia. At the beginning of the 14th century Trevi was made a free town.
Only in 1398, after numerous bellicous conflicts, it was granted an independent administration by pope Bonnifaz IX.
The Residence
The Antica Dimora alla Rocca is located in a historical building in the very heart of Trevi, suggestive medieval hill village. Trevi rises not far from the Flaminia Speedway, between Foligno and Spoleto.
The building has been recently renovated and reported to the original splendour of the XVII century.
Rooms
The hotel consists of a central body, the Antica Dimora, with 19 comfortable rooms and suites, many with beautiful frescoes, and of an Annex, with 7 rooms and 3 two-roomed flats.
All rooms have a private bathroom with bath or shower, air conditioning, mini bar, color TV with satellite, telephone, PC jack and internet connection. Some of the bathrooms have a Jacuzzi bathtubs. Non-smoking rooms and rooms for the disabled are also available on request.
The Restaurant
LA PREPOSITURA Restaurant is an exclusive and elegant meeting place, where guests can taste delicious local and mediterranean dishes, originally cooked by our Umbrian chef.
It is a fully licenced restaurant.
Additional options
The hotel offers cooking-classes and excursions, dates and price on request.
One child under 4 years is free in parent s room, a child under 12 years costs 30 Euro and an adult costs 50 Euro per night.
You can also book a suite for up to four people for a supplement of only 50 Euro. All supplements are payable directly at the hotel.
How to arrive
From London Stansted or Frankfurt (Hahn) to Perugia with Ryanair three times per week and onwards by train in one hour.
From Rome by car on the Autostrada del Sole until Orte, from there via Terni and Spoleto to Trevi. Distance approx. 150 km (90 miles); duration 90 minutes.
By train from Rome Termini direct connections, duration about 105 minutes.
From Florence on the Autosole until Sinalunga, then autostrada until Perugia. From there via Assisi and Foligno to Trevi; distance about 190km (110 miles).
By train from Florence S.M.Novella: direct connections, duration about 3 hours.
