Validity and redemption
The voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of issue from Sunday to Friday. The number of rooms available for this special rate may be limited. Bookings are subject to availability and can only be made giving voucher details and have to be confirmed by the hotel in writing.

Surcharges
On weekends (Friday - Sunday) a weekend-surcharge of 25€ per room per weekend-night is payable directly to the hotel. Additionally, during high-season (Sep 10 - Nov 04 and March 20 - July 10) a supplement of 35€ per room per night is payable directly to the hotel.

Modifications and Transfer of Voucher
You can modify your booking until two weeks before arrival free of charge, after that no changes are permitted, i.e. the voucher becomes worthless!
The voucher can be transferred but cannot be reimbursed!

If anything goes wrong
Should you not receive the mail from Cultuzz, please do not contact the hotel - they cannot help you with payment questions. Check the Spam-folder of your email-account. Unfortunately, this is where some providers put the messages from Cultuzz. Also, please make sure that the email address you left with eBay is up to date.

Hotel, four stars, was carried out in an eighteen century building and has been  completely restored fully recover the original style and many of its internal structures, the old staircase and travertine marble, Venetian mosaic floors,  ceilings richly decorated with original stuccos. The hotel has two lifts, one modern, rapid, technologic and the other original of the early '900 fully functional and in accordance with the safeties.

The floors of all rooms and all the common parts  are made of marble, Venetian mosaics, parquet. The entire hotel is completely devoid of carpeting. The bathrooms, completely restored with rare marble, are equipped with spacious showers  or relaxing Jacuzzi, depending on room category.

REGINA GIOVANNA RESTAURANT
Our restaurant,  located inside the hotel, in an elegant and refined atmosphere, romantically lit by candlelight, serves traditional Roman cuisine as well as an extensive Italian and international meat and fish menu. Our chef and our maitre will wisely advise you to choose your meal and wines from our cellar.
The Queen Giovanna restaurant, opened lunch and dinner every day of the week, was honored by the Academy of gastronomic culture.

WINE BAR AND LIVE MUSIC
Inside our hotel the bar, comfortable and elegant, open from 7 a.m. late at night, is the ideal place to enjoy, in addition to coffee and Italian pastries homemade by our chefs, cocktails, drinks, national and imported beers and a wide selection of fine wines from our cellar, all served with cold and hot delicious.

Would you like accommodation in Rome, in the center, in an apartment where you can find all the comforts and conveniences of  your home? We offer you apartments of various sizes and types from two to six beds completely renovated and elegantly furnished with kitchenette and one or two bathrooms on the number of beds. All apartments are equipped with TV and internet connection, air conditioner, safety box.

Our apartments are located in Via Nazionale in a nineteenth-century historic building recently renovated in respect of its authenticity. Atrium welcomes you with a sumptuous fountain and a marble staircase that leads directly to the apartments. The building, however, has a comfortable and modern lift. Other apartments are in adjacent buildings, equally high prestige and age of King Umberto.
For the most demanding we propose a penthouse with terrace and an incomparable suggestive view over Rome. The apartment, suitable for families, occupies 150 square meters. and has two bathrooms, three double bedrooms, a kitchen and a lounge overlooking the terrace adorned with palms and olive trees.
All our apartments, even if in the historical center, are very quiet and this will help make your vacation more relaxing.

All apartments are located a few hundred meters from our hotel. For your breakfast you can choose between the buffet prepared daily in the hotel or the comfort of your apartment that will be equipped with everything you need: milk, coffee, honey, jams, cakes, bread etc.. so that you can prepare an excellent breakfast.

The hotel personnel will be responsible for daily cleaning of your apartment and change of linen rooms and bathrooms.
