Validity and redemption
The voucher is valid for stays from from November until Easter. The number of rooms available for this special rate may be limited. Bookings can only be made giving voucher details and have to be confirmed by the hotel in writing.
The offer is not valid during Easter, from Apr 28 - May 1st, from Aug 12 - Aug 19 and from Dec29 - Jan 01
Supplement and transfer of voucher
From Easter to October the voucher will be recognized as payment towards a special tariff. You will only have to pay a high-season a supplement of 30 Euro per room per night directly to the hotel.

The genuine farm produce, the scent of the treasures of the undergrowth - such as - the intense flavour of the local olive oil, the worldwide known variety of tasty ham and salami, the creamy typical soups of vegetables, pulses and wheat, the perfumed full-bodied D.O.C. wines, all these elements merge in the traditional Umbrian cuisine.
Our chefs combine the simplicity of the local specialties with the main dishes of the Italian cuisine, creating original menus but still respectful to the tradition. The courtesy of our professional service will render meals even more pleasant.
During summertime the garden by the outdoor swimming-pool as well as the patio and veranda are the perfect location for cocktails and buffet or served meals.

SIGHTSEEING
Assisi
Assisi represents an ensemble of masterpieces of human creative genius, such as the Basilica of San Francesco, which have made it a fundamental reference for art history in Europe and in the world. The interchange of artistic and spiritual message of the Franciscan Order has significantly contributed to developments in art and architecture in the world.
Bevagna
The ancient small town of Roman origin called Bevagna is to be found on the western fringe of the Foligno plain, at the foot of the group of hills where Montefalco rises up and near the loop of the river Timia.
Foligno
Foligno is one of the very few Umbrian cities built in the plain. It rises up on the banks of Topino river where the river erupts into the valley in an area where extensive drainage of the large swamplands took place, first during Roman times, then during the 15th and 16th centuries, and finally in the 19th century.
Todi
Although different theories surround the meaning of it´s name, Todi town was founded by the Umbrian people on 2700 b.c.
Later on, before the etrurians and after the romans held the power of the town, and building up a number of monuments, most of which can still be admired.
Spoleto
Spoleto, even if shows evident traces of the Roman era even in its urban structure, substantially mantains a medieval appearance, due to the period in which it was first a flourishing longobard Duchy, and then an important city within the Papal State.
Perugia
Perugia, the great 'Guelf strong-hold' rises up in the region's heart, with its 5 storical quarters closed-in by its Etruscan town walls. These enormous bastions formed by cyclopic square masses, were constructed 22 centuries ago and are still visible for long stretches.
Montefalco
Montefalco, which is placed in a dominating position looking down on the valleys of the Topino and the Clitunno rivers, offers the viewer of a sweeping panorama of the Umbrian countryside.
Nocera Umbra
Famed for its mineral waters, Nocera Umbra is a town with a very old appearance which has sprung up along the valley of the Topino river.
Its buildings of major artistic value are without doubt the Cathedral and the church of St. Francis.
Sellano
Sellano, situated in the valley of the stream Vigi, a right-hand tributary of the Nera river, was founded in around 84 B.C. by the Romans.
Never having been strong enough to win its independence, but being of great stategic importance because of its geographic situation, its fate through the centuries was always linked to that of the neighbouring cities.
Spello
Spello rises up between Assisi and Foligno, situated on a spur of the Subasio Mountain above a fertile and well-irrigated plain.
Among the neighbouring cities, this is surely the one which preserves the major number of monuments testifying to the Roman era.
Valtopina
The first records which testify to the existence of a settlement go back to a few years before the year 1000; from then on, the town has shared the fate of the neighbouring townships, passing under the dominion of Assisi in 1282 and in 1383 under the lordship of the Trinci family of Foligno.
HOW TO ARRIVE
From London Stansted or Frankfurt (Hahn) to Perugia with Ryanair three times per week and onwards by train in one hour.
From Rome by car on the Autosole, exit at Orte, then passing Terni and Spoleto until you reach Trevi; distance approx. 150km/100miles (90 minutes).
By train from Rome Termini direct connections to Trevi or Foligno, duration approx. 1:45 hrs. Free shuttle-service from the train stations to the hotel.
From Florence on the Autosole until Sinalunga, then follow the highway until Perugia.
From Perugia via Assisi and Foligno until you reach Trevi; distance approx. 190km/125 miles.
By train from Florence (S.M.Novella) direct connections to Foligno and Trevi, duration about 3hrs.
