Validity and redemption
This voucher is valid 1 year after receipt of payment and the booking is accepted only after talking to the hotel. Reservation inquiries are possible only on receipt of the voucher. All mails to the hotel only in English please.
Vouchers are non-refundable. Cancellations must be notified to the Hotel by 6 p.m. (Hotel local time) the day before arrival, to avoid being charged for the 1st night's accomodation.
