A typical Czech restaurant with superb cuisine. Suitable for individuals and groups. The restaurant is suitable for corporate entertainment and is capable of hosting Czech cuisine tasting events up to 100 people. We also organise events such as traditional Czech pork banquets, Old Prague evenings and Old Czech Christmas gatherings.
The entrance to Pilzner restaurant (Plzenska Rychta) on Wenceslas Square can be accessed directly from the pedestrian precinct. Hotel guests can also enter through the Lobby Bar.

Welcome to our hotel!
History
It was built in 1920 in the Art Nouveau style on the famous Wenceslas Square directly in the center of Prague.
As its name Ambassador - Zlata Husa suggests, the hotel consists of two parts - the history of the first is quite straightforward in comparison to the history of the second, which is a bit amusing.
The owner of the hotel was a rich widow, who had a young yet extremely unattractive and silly daughter. The daughter was already of marrying age, but despite her assets she remained single. She never married and for that she was known in Prague by the nickname 'Golden Goose' (Zlata Husa).
Just a brief glimpse into the history of the hotel.
In 1964, both hotels were joined together and their modern history begins from that time.
All 162 rooms, as well as the restaurants and conference rooms, were carefully renovated in 2004 under a massive reconstruction project. However, the hotel lost none of its distinction and historical significance after these extensive renovations.
At present the hotel is fully equipped to suit all clients, whether business or tourist.
Rooms
Our 162 luxurious rooms (32 suites) are all air-conditioned and have private marble bathrooms with hydromassaging bath and shower. All rooms are equipped with minibar, SAT TV, direct dial phone allowing conference calls with up to six persons, fax, internet access, safety deposit box and hairdryer.
Restaurants
The catering facilities include a lobby bar, summer terrace, and two restaurants serving an exquisite choice of international cuisine and traditional local dishes.
The hotel is renowned for its great restaurants, cafes and bars. The Lobby bar, the luxurious Halali Restaurant, the traditional Pilsner Restaurant all offer excellent fare for discerning gourmets.
For entertainment at the hotel there is the 24-hour VIP Club Casino and the Goldfingers nightclub.
Conference Center
Hotel Ambassador - Zlata Husa offers a unique conference center. The Art Nouveau Ambassador Congress Hall, with a seating capacity of 500 persons, is the only hall in the city center offering the perfect space for organizing conferences, seminars and presentations, as well as for parties, banquets and balls. Together with 8 additional meeting rooms of various sizes the Ambassador Congress Hall has a seating capacity of 1500 persons. Technical equipment of the highest standard is provided. wireless internet access throughout the hotel.
