THESE ARE RESORT PROMOTIONS and all we ask is for you to take a short and informative 90 minute tour of our resort while you are there. You are under NO obligation to purchase anything and the rest of your time belongs to you! The market value of this package is well over $400! If you have toured an Accumen resort in the past 12 months, you are not qualified for this offer.
TO QUALIFY: You must be a U.S. resident 25-72 years of age, be married or cohabiting (sorry no singles or students), speak fluent English (both parties in the couple), carry a drivers license, valid credit card. (debit or prepaid cards not accepted), Photo IDs with matching addresses (faxed copies may be required), and earn a minimum combined income come of $40,000 U.S.D. ($30,000 retired) per year. You cannot have toured this resort property within the last twelve (12) months. You and your spouse/partner are obligated to travel together and attend a fun and informative 90 minute tour of the hosting resort as a couple.. This vacation package requires a credit card be on file with our office regardless of how you pay. If you fail to tour or fail to reschedule within three (3) full business days of your arrival date, your card will be charged accordingly. **NOTICE** You may pay through PayPal for this auction, however, due to the actions of a few dishonest people, when reservations are completed we must have a credit card on file with our office. We give it our all to make sure you have a great vacation, from our reservation service through arrival. **ATTENTION BIDDERS! This offer is not good for residents of Florida in Daytona Beeach, Ormond Beach, Holly Hill, Bunnell, Flagler Beach, Palm Coast or Seville, FL, who live within 50 miles of Kissimmee. Please be flexible in your travel dates as holidays fill up quickly. This Travel Package auction must be paid for within 3 days after auction close and must be used within the dates specified on the auction offering. Exceptions can be made and your travel dates can be extended. You will receive your Guest Travel Confirmation containing our fast booking information and or payment information within 24 hours of your winning bid via e-mail so be SURE your address is correct so we can contact you! If you have not received your travel confirmation from us within that time, please email us at askus@allgoodvacations.com . You are responsible for room taxes which are approximately $10 per night (not per person) depending on the season and all items of a personal nature. | Our Policies | | Reservations | Reservations requests may be made immediately after auction purchase. Reservation information is contained in your Certificate of Travel, or for information on making immediate reservations, please call (423) 245-8200. Reservation requests may be submitted via our online reservation form. Please allow 3 full business days for processing. Once your confirmation number is received, your confirmation letter including directions and information will be sent to the email address listed on your reservation form. Reservations are not confirmed until you have received your confirmation letter by email. A valid credit card may be required on file with our office for this package.
| | Tours | We do not schedule tour times or set qualifications. The tours are normally conducted the morning after arrival and you are committed to 90 minutes. We cannot change the terms and conditions of this vacation package offer. Married and cohabiting couples MUST attend the property tour together and have matching photo ID's with identical address. | | Reschedule/Cancellation | Reschedules and cancellations must be submitted at least 3 full business days prior to arrival date and need to be submitted in writing.In the event that you do not contact us outside of the 3 business days, you may be subject to losing your vacation package.
| | Refunds | If by chance we cannot fulfill your date, and you've called in advance to check on dates, we will be happy to offer a refund or extend the use of the package one year. If you so choose, you may apply whatever the purchase price towards a different location (not within the same company). If you have purchased in error or if you made a non-qualifying purchase, you may not be entitled to a refund.
