Check-in time is at 4:00 p.m., and checkout time is at 10:00 a.m. The Check-In Office is open 24 hours.

*There is ONE parking space per reservation available on site only. VALID PARKING PASS MUST BE DISPLAYED AT ALL TIMES WHILE IN GARAGE. No trailers or boats are allowed in the garage. Vehicles with a clearance higher than 7?6? will not fit in the parking garage.
*The resort reserves the right to assign a different unit of the same type and occupancy as confirmed with this confirmation.

This is a timeshare resort, but you will not have to attend a timeshare presentation.  If you win this auction you would be traveling to this resort as my guest.

Your winning bid will pay for the condo, all taxes, cleaning fee and name transfer fees.

Payments must be made in 48 hours after the close auction, unless you contact seller and make arraignments in ADVANCE.  If not paid in that time period item may be relisted and sold to another person.

Upon Payment my assistant will enter you in the Wyndham reservation as my guest.  Wyndham takes up to 72 hours to update the reservation.  As soon as we receive it back with your name on it we will email you the Confirmation Letter.  To do this she will need ? Name for reservation, address, phone numbers and a valid email address.

At the time of check-in a credit card or $100.00 cash security/key/telephone deposit is required.  This is returned if there are no charges against the unit.

All travelers are required to have a guest certificate in their name.  The seller will issue this based on the Ebay user information supplied from Ebay.  This should be your legal name matching your government issued id.  This fee is included in your winning bid.  If your information is not correct with Ebay or you are sending an alternate traveler you must notify the seller prior to placing your bid.  Those that need name change after this will be responsible for the new guest certificate fee which is $99.00.  We also need a contact phone number email to us so we may contact you if we need to.
