Sea Gardens Beach and Tennis Resort offers you a vacation in a quiet area on the famous Florida Gold Coast. With easy access to the beach across the street, you can enjoy all the sun and sand for which the area is renowned. Enjoy the ?Venice of America? while cruising along South Florida?s Intracoastal waterways in a water taxi or visit the Discovery Center in downtown Fort Lauderdale. These are just a few of the countless area attractions. Also enjoy fine restaurants, shopping, and major sporting events, all within a short distance. This resort has a Voluntary Non-Smoking policy in the units and buildings.

Amenities

This is a timeshare resort, but you will not have to attend a timeshare presentation.  If you win this auction you would be traveling to this resort as my guest.

A guest must be at least 21 years of age to check-in at this resort.

NO pets are allowed at any Wyndham Resort ? Resort rule not mine.

Your winning bid will pay for the condo, all taxes, cleaning fee and name transfer fees.

Payments must be made in 48 hours after the close auction, unless you contact seller and make arraignments in ADVANCE.  If not paid in that time period item may be relisted and sold to another person.

Upon Payment my assistant will enter you in the Wyndham reservation as my guest.  Wyndham takes up to 72 hours to update the reservation.  As soon as we receive it back with your name on it we will email you the Confirmation Letter.  To do this she will need ? Name for reservation, address, phone numbers and a valid email address.

At the time of check-in a credit card or $100.00 cash security/key/telephone deposit is required.  This is returned if there are no charges against the unit.
