After you purchase, please email me the name to be added on the guest certificate.    It is important that you give the name of the person that will check-in first, especially if you are booking a large unit.     Please email the name to lisebohm@aol.com.   After I receive the name to be added,  I will forward you by email the Wyndham confirmation.   Once a name has been added, any changes of name will cost you $99.00.

CLUB WYNDHAM^® Plus Policies

• Minimum Check-In Age for the CLUB WYNDHAM^® Plus Program: The Member or Guest checking in must be at least 21 years of age with a valid ID.
• A credit card may be required upon check-in.
• The resort reserves the right to assign a different unit of the same type and occupancy as confirmed with this confirmation.
• If you need to cancel your reservation, please do so 15 days or more in advance of your check-in date to prevent a 100% forfeiture of the points associated with the reservation.
• A Guest Confirmation is required for any unit that you, the owner of record, will not be personally occupying.  If your guest arrives without a Guest Confirmation, a Guest Confirmation fee will be collected prior to having access to the unit.
• Late Arrivals:  Please notify the resort of your late arrival and check-in no later than 48 hours after your scheduled arrival date.  Failure to do so may result in the cancellation of your reservation without notification and forfeiture of all CLUB WYNDHAM Plus points associated with your reservation. 
• Early Check-out:  An early check-out will result in the forfeiture of the remainder of your reservation and no CLUB WYNDHAM Plus points will be returned to your account.
• Your safety is very important to us, so we closely follow local regulations for maximum occupancy per unit.
• Out of respect for all our guests, pets are not permitted. Please feel free to contact the resort prior to your arrival so that we may assist you in locating a local boarding facility.
• Service animals that are trained to work or perform tasks for the benefit of an individual with a disability are welcome at all affiliated locations.
