Phoenix Airport: 100 miles From Phoenix Airport, take Interstate 10 West to Interstate 17 North (Black Canyon Freeway). Follow for approximately 120 miles to the Sedona/Oak Creek Canyon Exit #298 (which is Hwy 179). Follow Hwy 179 approximately 19 miles until it dead-ends at Hwy 89A. Turn left onto Hwy 89A and follow for 2.1 miles to Shelby Drive. Make a left onto Shelby and continue for 0.2 mile and turn right onto Whippet Way (Wyndham entrance). Take the second right onto Kestrel Circle to the Activity Center, which is on the right side of the street at the end of Kestrel Circle. From Flagstaff: Sedona is located approximately 30 miles South of Flagstaff. From Flagstaff, take Interstate 17 South out of Flagstaff to the first exit, Hwy 89A to Sedona. Turn right off of I-17 and make an immediate left onto Hwy 89A. Follow 89A all the way down Oak Creek Canyon (approximately 28 miles) into Sedona and the intersection of 89A and Hwy 179. Continue West on 89A another 2.1 miles to Shelby Drive. Make a left onto Shelby and continue for 0.2 mile and turn right onto Whippet Way (Wyndham entrance). Take the second right onto Kestrel Circle to the Activity Center, which is on the right side of the street at the end of Kestrel Circle.

The parties consent and submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of any such court and agree to accept service of process outside the state of Virginia in any matter to be submitted to any such court pursuant hereto, and expressly waive all rights to trial by jury regarding any such matter.
