On eBay, we sell not only special deals and offers but the property itself together with services. It is important to tell your guests about where they are going to stay and what facilities you can present.
1. Before adding a new property Sign in to the CultBay or register an account if don’t have it.
2. For property adding you available two options either by Import Data from Booking.com or adding the Property manually by Wizard option.
3. The number of properties is unlimited. You can add the property and then delete it if there are no posted vouchers on eBay.
Fill all fields with data related to your property accordingly.
Note:
- By default, your property named “Name Property X” change it on own
- All fields marked with a red asterisk are mandatory fields.
- By ticking “Use as Billing address” and “Use as Legal address” the system uses the physical address for legal and billing addresses. If they are different from the physical address then on the next step you have a form to fill out.
- Information in sections: Address, Communication, GeoData will be displayed in the offer on the eBay site.
- Latitude and Longitude are used to show the property geolocation on the map in the eBay offer. To get the right coordinates you can take them from any online maps.
- Zoom level represents the scale of the map. The default level is 14.
- The Home Currency cannot be changed later.
4. Click the Next button to go to the Billing address and then the Legal address tabs. You will see the message at the top “Add your eBay and PayPal account”, you can add it after the property creation.
5. The description details are what eBay users will read about your Property in the offer. If your target market is Germany you probably want to fill the data in German by switching languages in the top right corner form.
6. Upload a bunch of pictures or one picture for each category accordingly. You can upload them or change them any time later.
All images automatically will be cropped by size as described below:
Hotel Pictures – accepts .jpg, or .png images up to 2 MB each. Images will be displayed at 500×500 pixels. Maximum 12 images.
Hotel Logo – accepts one image .jpg, or .png up to 2 MB each. Images will be displayed at 292×76 pixels.
Voucher Logo – accepts one image .jpg, or .png up to 2 MB each. The image will be displayed at 200×70 pixels.
Voucher Picture – accepts one image .jpg, or .png up to 2 MB each. Images will be displayed at 793×236 pixels.
Footer Picture – accepts one image .jpg, or .png up to 2 MB each. Images will be displayed at 2600×542 pixels. Displays in offer.
7. Provide any amenities of your property that are available.
That’s it. You successfully added a new property. You can return to any of these tabs later to modify or add necessary data.
